Each certified Fireball Partner is afforded an exclusivity range, a range in which we promise not to sell our products to any competing shop. The area of this range depends on the population in your area and which tier of installer you are certified as.
As a certified Fireball Partner, you’ll benefit from an exclusivity range – a geographic area where we commit not to sell our products to any competing shops. The size of this range is determined by two key factors: the population density in your area and your Installer Tier.

We’re not interested in imposing stringent or punishing rules, only in expanding your benefits. Let’s get started.
Professional is our base level Installer Tier, but can hardly be considered entry-level. As many of you already know, we only work with detailers and installers that exhibit extreme attention to detail, familiarity with the industry, and technical skills.
In the past, we required all Professional and Expert Installers to attend an in-person training. While we still value teaching and sharing techniques with all our partners, we understand that this requirement was very restrictive for business owners and those with families. Starting in 2024, we’re launching Fireball Regional Trainings, placing training centers closer to you and increasing their frequency. We’re also dropping the required training for Expert Installers, and increasing the Professional’s training requirement to 6 months from sign up.
Each Fireball Tier has requirements an installer must meet before being accepted into our partner program. An installer aiming for the Professional Tier must:

Expert is our advanced tier, for installers with mid-to-large operations. Experts have a proven history with ceramic coatings, and a level of professionalism in their shop’s day-to-day routine.

Master is the highest tier of Fireball Installers possible. This is reserved not only for Installers at the top of their field, but those committed to Fireball specifically, who want to grow with and be a part of our company. Master Installers are called on to help with events, mentor less experienced installers, and weigh in on important matters at this company.
The requirements for Master Installers are not as straightforward as the other tiers. To be certified as a Master Installer, you will have to first achieve expert status, work with Fireball coatings for at least 6 months, and install at least 30 expert-level coatings. Once you’ve done this, you must attend the annual Master training event, apply for Master status, and pass a written examination. The process won’t be quick or necessarily easy, but in the end, it will be worth it.
An installer applying for the Master Tier must:
