Fireball USA is going International! This week we flew 9 Canadian installers to our base of Operations outside Kansas City to get them Fireball certified. Our training offered guided hands-on experiences with every product in our lineup. Our Canadian partners got to handle Talon, Typhoon, Aegis, Devil’s Blood, Silla, Butterfly, and our flagship 10-year coating, Dok Do in person, many for the first time. The training also covered business skills and best practices. We went over tips for selling and communication with clients, as well as a variety of business tools installers can use to expand their reach.
