Last year i was the largest system x installer in the area. We did over 20-25 grand in ceramic products. While i do like the product. I hate the warranty and the requirement to "Top" up once a year to maintain a manufacturers warranty. Leaves a bad taste in customers mouth, and can potentially rub them the wrong way. So extremely interested in finding out more about the warranty process for fireball.
