About Ryger Coating AS

Ryger Coating AS was founded by two friends who originally polished and coated vehicles as a hobby. Over time, demand grew, and in 2024 we officially established Ryger Coating AS.
We have now been operating for over a year, steadily building both our experience and reputation.

In the early stages, we received certification through the Turtle Professional program. However, it wasn’t until December 1st, 2024, that we applied our first Fireball coating — a milestone that marked a major shift for our business.

Since then, we have coated over 20 vehicles, including trucks and motorcycles. Along the way, we developed our own online store specializing in Fireball products, complete with a full booking system for detailing services.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had access to a high-quality, well-lit, and heated facility, generously provided free of charge by a local supporter — something that has been invaluable during our startup phase.

Looking ahead, we plan to purchase a commercial property in Bryne. We intend to design and build a masterfully crafted studio that will allow us to serve customers even more professionally, showcasing our work at the highest level.

We are also expanding beyond automotive detailing:
Currently, we are working on a project within the oil industry, where coating glass on industrial machinery has proven to be highly relevant due to persistent visibility issues during operations.
Additionally, we are in early discussions with a helicopter pilot who flies for Lyse, a major Norwegian energy company, to explore how our coatings can improve visibility during aerial inspections of power lines.

It reminds us of our humble beginnings — when we made a fun video coating a toy car, saying: “Everything can be coated.” Looking back now, we smile — because it’s true: with the right products, almost anything can be coated.

Switching from Turtle products to Fireball was a major upgrade.
We quickly realized that while products like Devils Blood and Silla are relatively easy to apply, high-end coatings like Butterfly require true skill and experience.
Doc'Do, especially with its base coat system, made a significant difference in ease of application, even though it required longer curing times.

We’ve been extremely happy with the results — and more importantly, so have our customers.
We've learned that proper surface preparation is absolutely critical — there are no shortcuts if you want premium results.

We are genuinely proud to be part of the Fireball family, and we hope to continue growing together.
One of our dreams is to join Fireball Norway on a future trip to the Fireball Academy in the United States — and from there, to help bring Fireball’s quality and passion to the world.

At Ryger Coating, our motto has become clear:
“Everything can be coated — with the right products.”

We are excited for the journey ahead!
