WARRANTY POLICY

At Fireball USA, we stand behind the quality of our products with a commitment to ensuring your satisfaction, contingent upon their appropriate and reasonable use for their intended purposes. Please note the following guidelines regarding our warranty coverage on most items:

  • Coverage: All Fireball USA products are protected against manufacturers’ defects, ensuring their reliability under normal conditions of use.
  • Exclusions: Warranty claims may be denied if products have been subjected to abuse, modification, alterations, or usage beyond their intended or described purpose. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
  • Consumables: Items such as chemicals, coatings, towels, pads, and applicators may qualify for coverage against defects for their average useful life or storage period, subject to assessment by Fireball USA.
  • Ownership: The warranty and guarantee are applicable solely to the original owner and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to process any claims.

 

 

RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fireball USA purchase. To facilitate returns, refunds, or exchanges, please adhere to the following procedures:

  • Return Period: Most products may be returned within 10 days of delivery, pending approval by our customer service team.

  • Contact: For assistance with returns related to warranty, guarantee, or satisfaction claims, please contact our customer service team via email at info@fireball-usa.shop or through our website.

  • Options: Customers may choose between an exchange for similar items or store credit, following evaluation of the returned items and reason for return by a member of our customer service team.

  • Conditions: All returns must be shipped to our Headquarters before credit is issued. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

  • Apparel: Apparel items must be returned in new condition (unworn and unwashed) within 30 days of delivery for exchanges or refunds.

Delivery Time

Orders placed before 3pm CST are entered into our shipping queue. And are shipped based on that queue of volume and time of order being placed. In most cases all orders are shipped the same-day. Orders placed after 3PM CST will follow the shipping queue and be followed the next business day. Fireball USA shipping and receiving departments are closed on weekends and all national holidays.l Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped in queue based on the next business-day.

Some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. This will add significant time to the fulfillment and may be delayed in their shipping process.

Some orders are sent from multiple locations and will be delivered in multiple packages. These may arrive at different times. In some cases additional shipping times and invoices may be provided.

Made-to-order items require additional lead time for delivery. Lead time varies by manufacturing schedule.

Pricing

Through no fault of the user, online shipping estimates have the potential to be inaccurate.This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, orders including hazmat items, or orders including bulk, large, oversized, and multi-size items. In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

Some orders are sent from multiple locations and will be delivered in multiple packages. In these instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping Methods

Domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states are fulfilled through UPS, FedEx, and USPS Ground Service. Other transportation services may be required for oversized, overweight, or special-handling domestic shipments. In these cases, our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

Overseas shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (except Puerto Rico, see below) will be fulfilled via the most efficient method available. We do not ship liquids over 64 oz, aerosol, or hazmat items overseas via USPS International Priority Mail. Overseas shipments may be subject to additional taxes, fees, or tariffs, which the consumer will be responsible for.

Damaged Shipments

Occasionally orders are damaged in the shipping process. If a shipment is visibly damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please do not accept the shipment. This helps speed up our replacement process, getting you your order as quickly as possible. If the packaging is damaged, please open the package and inspect the products with the delivery personnel there, and reject the shipment if the products within are not satisfactory.

If damage or other significant issues are discovered after delivery, please email info@fireball-usa.shop. The email should include photo documentation, order number, and a description of the issues you’ve encountered. Once received a claim will be submitted through the transportation service used. Claims can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to resolve.

Shipping Specials

On occasion, Fireball USA may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US territories outside the continental United States. Shipping promotion excludes oversized and overweight items.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Items considered hazardous materials are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport. This includes aerosols, alcohol-based products, pressurized spray cans, glass cleaner concentrates, and more.

These shipments will be completed by UPS Ground. Bulk orders over 150 lbs will be completed by UPS Ground Freight. Please contact info@fireball-usa.shop for a cost estimate. For P.O. Box addresses, please ensure your Post Office accepts UPS shipments before selecting this method.

To protect our customers against stolen or lost packages, orders of high value may require a signature upon delivery. To request an Authorization for Driver Release Without Signature form, please email info@fireball-usa.shop and include your order number.

Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the United States.

International Shipments

Fireball USA uses a local fulfillment center for orders from Puerto Rico. To order Fireball products in Puerto Rico, please contact our distributor:
