Shake well before use
Make sure the vehicle is in a cool environment. Do not wash in direct sunlight.

Let dwell for 30 – 90 minutes.

I recently used a couple of other brands of tar remover and had no luck, it wouldn't even budge, but the Fireball version just melted it right off! it was so easy, I sprayed it on, left it for 30 seconds and then it all just wipes away, no scrubbing needed at all. Must recommend for anyone with any sort of tar they need off.
